How to apply

To enhance the light points, tap it gently with your fingers or with a brush on cheekbones, eyebrow arch, cupid arch, nose and chin, after applying the foundation. For a naturally radiant look, apply Velvet Moon Highlighter on the whole face, before the base, with a flat brush such as Foundation Brush.
