Right of withdrawal and returns


Art. 8. Right of withdrawal

8.1 - The Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract stipulated, without specifying the reason, within 14 days of receipt of the products.

8.2 - The customer who intends to make use of the right of withdrawal must return the perfectly intact and unused products (still incledclified if received in this way).


Pursuant to article 55, second paragraph, of the consumer code, the customer will not have the right of withdrawal In the following cases:

  • Products used or damaged.
  • Products open by the customer, therefore no longer intact.
  • Supply of tailor -made or customized products, or which by their very nature cannot be sent back or risk deteriorating or rapidly altering (e.g. cosmetics).

It will return, within 14 days from the date of receipt of the products by the customer, the entire price paid by the customer in the event of the return of the complete product of all its parts and functionality and in accordance with the conditions for the withdrawal. 8.4 - La return of the money will take place through the channels used for payment or bank transfer (in case of cash on delivery).

The effective time for the re -credited or the return of the sums paid for for the purchase of the products depends on the payment methods used:

  • Purchase by credit/debt card: the time needed to view the refund depends on the institution that issued the card. We remind you that the date currency of the reinforcement is the same as the debit;
  • Purchase via PayPal: the refund will be made on your PayPal account and will be immediately visible. The actual reimbursement on the credit card on your PayPal account depends on the institution that issued the card.
  • Payment in cash on delivery: the reimbursement takes place on the current account indicated by you, so the reimbursement time depends on the correctness of the data you enter and on the credit institution where you have turned on the account.

8.5 - You will also be contacted If your return cannot be accepted because it does not comply with the conditions above in point 8.2. In this case, the products purchased at your expense will be returned to you.

In case you refuse this expedition, p.u.ma. Srl reserves the right to retain the products and the amount indicated for reducing the refund.

8.6 - The non -EU orders They can be deleted by 12pm (Italian time) of the following working day. In addition to this timing, it is not possible to request the cancellation of the order. The policy on product returns is not applicable on non -EU purchases.

The policy on damaged products for non -EU orders provides that the products ruined during transport are reimbursed or, if possible, replaced.

Art. 9. Right of replacement

In the event of a replacement, the same rules as point 8 "right of withdrawal" apply. P.u.ma s.r.l. will verify the integrity of the returned product and the presence of the requested documents, after which it will preparation of the new neck, upon payment by the customer for the new shipment.
