General Sales Conditions
Art. 1 - Acceptance of the General Sales Conditions
1.1 - This contract ("Contract") is a distance contract pursuant to art. 50 et seq. of Legislative Decree 6 September 2005, no. 206 ("Consumer Code"). The Contract concerns the sale of movable goods by the company P.U.MA. S.r.L. ("MAZZOLARI MILANO" or the "Seller") with registered office at Via Vittor Pisani 20 - 20124 Milan (MI), registered with the Milan Chamber of Commerce under no. 2500919, VAT number 10050250967, and the consumer (the "Customer").
1.2 - The Contract is concluded directly through the acceptance by P.U.MA S.r.l. of a purchase proposal issued by the Customer by telephone or via the Internet through the website www.mazzolari.com ("Site") and/or through other remote sales systems of P.U.MA S.r.l., based on the methods described in the following article.

1.3 - The purchase of products for sale on this Site is reserved for individuals of legal age who act for purposes unrelated to any commercial, entrepreneurial, artisanal, or professional activity they may carry out. Therefore, by placing an order (hereinafter the "Order") in the manner provided on the Site and described in the following Art. 2, the individual (hereinafter the "Customer") expressly declares to be of legal age and to act outside his/her commercial, entrepreneurial, artisanal, or professional activity.
1.4 - By placing the Order, the Customer also declares to have read all the information provided to him/her during the purchase procedure and to fully accept these general sales conditions (hereinafter the "Conditions"). It is advisable to keep these Conditions, which can be printed or saved on durable media for this purpose.
Art. 2. Purchase Method / Conclusion of the Contract:
2.1 - Once the order is confirmed, the customer will receive an email from Mazzolari.com confirming receipt of the order. A "Customer Order Number" will also be assigned, which must be used in all communications with Mazzolari.com upon receipt of the order. Mazzolari.com will verify the actual availability of the requested goods in stock. In case of unavailability, even temporary, of the requested item, Mazzolari.com will immediately contact you via email to communicate the unavailability of the product(s).
Art. 3. Product Availability:
3.1 - The customer can only purchase products available in the electronic catalog visible on the website www.mazzolari.com, in the quantities existing in stock and possibly available from suppliers. The items selected from those in the virtual catalog of the mazzolari.com website can be purchased under the following conditions.
Art. 4. Shipment:
4.1 - After the conclusion of the order, P.U.MA S.r.l. will send the customer an email confirming receipt of the order. The consumer is invited to print the email and keep it. In case of non-receipt, the consumer is invited to contact Mazzolari Milano via email; in case of temporary or total inability to process the order, Mazzolari Milano will immediately send an email to make arrangements with the consumer, while the consumer has the possibility to request the cancellation, even partial, of the order.
4.2 - Mazzolari Milano undertakes to ship the products to the address indicated by the Customer within 24-48 working hours from the conclusion of the order. Orders received on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday will be processed starting from the following Monday.
4.3 - For orders of alcoholic perfumery products outside the territory of the European Union, P.U.MA S.r.l. will ship within 20 days.
4.4 - Mazzolari Milano reserves the right to suspend the shipment of products or cancel orders if the data provided during the purchase process are not truthful (e.g., non-existent email address or phone number).
4.5 - Any complaints can be sent to the following address: customer.service@mazzolari-milano.it.
Art. 5. Prices:
5.1 - The selling prices of the products shown on the Mazzolari.com Site include VAT and DO NOT include shipping costs.
Art. 6. Purchase and Payment Methods:
6.1 - The Customer will be allowed to choose one of the following payment methods: (a) Credit cards belonging to the VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS circuits (b) PayPal (c) Apple Pay (d) Google Pay (e) Scalapay (f) Klarna
Art. 7. Customer Obligations:
The Customer declares and guarantees: (1) to be a consumer as provided for in art. 3 of the Consumer Code; (2) to be of legal age; (3) that the data provided by him/her for the execution of the Contract are correct and truthful.
Article 8. Right of Withdrawal
8.1 – The Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract entered into, without specifying the reason, within 14 days from the receipt of the products. The Customer may exercise the right of withdrawal within the aforementioned period, by manifesting it through an email to the address customer.service@mazzolari-milano.it
8.2 – The Customer who intends to exercise the right of withdrawal must return the products perfectly intact and unused (still in cellophane if received in this way) to the address indicated on the invoice/shipping document within 14 days from the receipt of the products. In accordance with article 55, second paragraph, of the Consumer Code, the Customer shall not have the right of withdrawal in the following cases: Used or damaged products. Products opened by the Customer, therefore no longer intact. Supply of products made to measure or personalized, or which by their very nature cannot be returned or risk deteriorating or altering rapidly (e.g., cosmetics).
8.3 – The return shipping costs are borne by the Customer. The customer must arrange the shipment with a shipping service of their choice. P.U.MA S.r.l. will refund, within 14 days from the date of receipt of the products by the Customer, the entire price paid by the Customer in case of return of the product complete with all its parts and functionalities and in accordance with the conditions for withdrawal. The products must be returned in their packaging; the packaging must be sealed as originally; if you want to return a kit, you must return all the items that compose it.
8.4 - The money will be refunded through the channels used for payment or bank transfer. The actual time for the reimbursement or return of the sums paid by you for the purchase of the products depends on the payment methods used: Purchase with credit/debit card: the time required to view the refund depends on the issuing institution. Please note that the value date of the refund is the same as the debit; Purchase via PayPal: the refund will be made to your PayPal account and will be immediately visible. The actual refund to the credit card from your PayPal account depends on the issuing institution. Payment in cash on delivery: the refund is made to the bank account you have indicated, so the refund time depends on the correctness of the data you enter and the credit institution where you have opened the account.
8.5 - You will also be contacted if your return cannot be accepted because it does not comply with the conditions mentioned above in point 8.2. In this case, you will be informed, due to the decrease in value of the returned products, or if you want to have the purchased products returned at your expense. In case you refuse this shipment, P.U.MA. SRL reserves the right to retain the products and the amount indicated for the deduction of the refund, due to the decrease in value of the returned products.
Article 9. Right of Replacement
In case of replacement, the same rules as point 8 "Right of withdrawal" apply. P.U.MA S.r.l. will verify the integrity of the returned product and the presence of the required documents, after which it will prepare the new package, upon payment by the customer for the new shipment.
Article 10. Value Vouchers
10.1 - Value vouchers are personalized codes, also called DISCOUNT CODE / GIFT CARD, which allow you to benefit from a discount on purchases made on MAZZOLARI.COM.
10.2 - The DISCOUNT CODE / GIFT CARD box is displayed on the first page of the purchase process: once you have added the items to the Shopping Bag, and clicked on "Proceed to Checkout", enter your code in the DISCOUNT CODE / GIFT CARD box and click Apply. Value vouchers are applicable to one order.
10.3 - Limitations on the use of value vouchers: The value voucher can only be used once, except for returns (as indicated in point 5.4); The value voucher cannot be converted into cash in any way; It will not be possible to use multiple value vouchers in the same order; The value voucher will apply only to items whose selling price exceeds by at least 1 euro the value of the voucher itself. It cannot be applied to items belonging to the Sample Sale or charity sales.
10.4 - In case you wish to exercise the right of withdrawal provided for in article 52 of the Consumer Code and return an item on which you have applied the value voucher, you must follow the standard return procedure available in the Returns section. Once your return has been accepted, the corresponding code will be reactivated with its original value. The difference in expense that you have incurred for the purchase of the item will be credited to you according to the methods and terms provided for in the normal refund procedure.
Article 11. Shipment Storage The customer is informed via email, both by our courier and by us, of the progress of the shipment. Specifically, they receive: email of shipment completed and email of notice of the delivery day. Our courier makes two delivery attempts: if the customer is absent at the first attempt, the courier will return the next working day, unless the delivery area is served by the courier on alternate days. If the customer is absent even at the second attempt, the package will be stored in the warehouse closest to the delivery area.
Force Majeure
In any case of force majeure or fortuitous event, P.U.MA S.r.l. shall not be liable for delay or non-delivery and reserves the right to terminate in whole or in part the contract, suspend or defer its execution.
Article 12. Warranty
12.1 On mazzolari.it, quality products are marketed and purchased directly from carefully selected manufacturers and retailers. If the customer finds a defect in the products purchased, they may exercise the right of withdrawal. Article 13. Privacy
13.1 Personal data collected with the transmission of the Order will be processed by P.U.MA Sr.l. solely for the purpose of satisfying the expressed requests of the Customer, in compliance with EU Regulation 679/16 and the privacy policy present on the Site. Any further processing will be carried out only with the express consent of the Customer.
13.2 In the event of disputes between the Seller and each end user arising from the General Terms of Sale, the Seller guarantees, from now on, under article 14 of Regulation 524/2013, full adherence and acceptance of the conciliation service RisolviOnline. RisolviOnline is an independent and institutional service, provided by the Arbitration Chamber of the Milan Chamber of Commerce, which allows you to reach a satisfactory agreement, with the help of a neutral and competent conciliator, in a friendly and secure manner, via the Internet.
