Shipping:
After the order is completed, P.U.MA S.r.l. will send the customer a confirmation email acknowledging receipt of the order. The customer is encouraged to print and save the email. If the customer does not receive it, they are advised to contact Mazzolari Milano via email. In case of any inability, even temporary, to fulfill the order partially or completely, Mazzolari Milano will immediately send an email to make arrangements with the customer, without prejudice to the customer's right to request the cancellation, even partial, of the order.
Mazzolari Milano undertakes to ship the products to the address provided by the customer within 24-48 working hours from the completion of the order.
Orders received on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday will be processed starting the following Monday.
Non-EU orders: customs duties are not included in the shipping costs and must be paid at a later date to the designated courier upon delivery.
It is not possible to request the cancellation of an order if it has already been shipped. Should the recipient refuse to pay the import customs duties, P.U.MA. S.r.l. will not be obliged to refund the amount of the order already paid by the recipient
For orders of alcoholic perfumes outside the European Union, P.U.MA S.r.l. will arrange the shipment within 20 days.
Mazzolari Milano reserves the right to withhold the shipment of products or cancel orders if the information provided during the purchase process is found to be inaccurate (e.g., non-existent email address or phone number).
