With Atelier des Fleurs Cedrus de Nuit, nose perfumers Quentin Bisch and Louise Turner reinvent Cedrus by highlighting a rare and fleeting flower: the Bella di Notte flower, which ignites the woody heart of this iconic perfume. Once a year, this flower bianco it wakes up and blooms in the dark, releasing an intense scent like an enveloping breath in the fresh night air. Thanks to an unprecedented extraction process that faithfully captures the essence of a flower in its environment, its sweet and slightly spicy fragrance is immortalized in all its intensity. Amplified by an amber base and then enhanced by a deep Vanilla Absolute and a resinous Benzoin, the sensual intensity of the flower meets the enveloping warmth of woods.
The bottle of Cedrus de Nuit features an intense cobalt blue, reminiscent of the midnight sky. The pleated shape of the glass pays homage to the pleated soleil, emblem of Atelier des Fleurs perfumes.
