An olfactory expression of the value of time. Made through a revolutionary process: a double infusion with sandalwood and handcrafted oak barrels.

Each fragrance is highly concentrated, contains 30% pure fragrance oils and has undergone a meticulous six-month aging process, which includes a double infusion with sandalwood chips and oak barrels, for a deep and layered olfactory experience. Housed in a new bottle – the first new design introduced by Amouage in 15 years – the Essences represent the pinnacle of olfactory craftsmanship.

Time moves in cycles and the circle embodies the sublime return of all things.

Lush lychee and raspberry capture the sweetness of life, while saffron adds a pop of red. In the heart, osmanthus and rose bloom again, the richness of which is accentuated by tonka bean. The base is a deep embrace of leather, oud and amber woods, which evoke the infinite passage of time, where ends are only beginnings.
