In the 1960s, a fragrance changed the world: patchouli. Freedom could be felt, a new spirituality close to nature and all the hopes of a generation that invented the future. Time is a tribute to this olfactory icon. But we must not think of the scent of that time and its rough hint of moist undergrowth. Here, however, three extracts of a patchouli from the island of Sulawesi in Indonesia give rhythm to the composition with their shades, sometimes boisé and strong -willed, sometimes earthy and enveloping. Light from the purple leaf, time vibrates on the skin with a surprising complexity.
