Creation
Calèche, created by Parfumeur Guy Robert in 1961 and the first female fragrance of Hermès, was revisited in 1992 transforming himself into Calèche Soie de Parfum, a composition whose name recalls the iconic Calesse of the Maison and the profession of silk.
The olfactory notes
Calèche Soie de Parfum intertwines the refined notes of aldehyde with the floral hints of opulent jasmine and generous rose.
The object
The bottle, inspired by the lanterns of vintage cars, is completed by a black cap that recalls the bombed helmet of the knights. The label on the rear, an iconic element of the perfume-founders collection, is illustrated with a design by Philippe Dumas.
The collection of perfume-founders
The collection of scent-founders is inspired by the tradition of the maison. Each creation contains Hermès' imagination in a name, a fragrance, a color. Over the years, Hermès has written the pages of a bold perfumery, born from the meeting with extraordinary parfumeur.
