Inspired by the ancient Japanese tradition, the Izumi Tonic - conditioner of Shu Uemura is enriched with rice water, an ingredient with strengthening properties and able to thwart the hair.

Thin hair, fragile or with double tips, need to find strength and vitality. The special formula of this conditioner gives a greater diameter to the capillary fibers, preventing broken hair and double tips. After use, the hair is soft, elastic and bright.
