Description

Compact water -soluble powder delineator. Thanks to its particular Wet & Dry texture, it can be used wet as eyeliner or dry as a eyeshadow.

How to apply

Moisten the applicator with water and dip it in the dust until you obtain an almost "creamy" amalgam. Proceed to the application by making small strokes along the eyelashes forming a compact and regular line. As a eyeshadow it can be used from dry for a very nuanced and soft effect or moistened to obtain a more intense black and impeccable fixing.
