The Cire perfumed candle is an olfactory representation of the same manufacture: it is symbolic and mixes effluvi of hot wax and artisanal perfumes. By reinterpreting the fundamental values of Cire Trudon, the historian Savoir-Faire and the commitment for excellence, this candle reveals a unique perfume: behind the amber-colored glass, an beeswax is absolute, rich and deep. The bees and bee wax have always been at the center of the history of the manufacturing maison: from the seventeenth century, the motto of Cire Trudon has been "Deo Regique Laborant", which means: "They (the bees) work for God and for the king".
Using a key ingredient that comes directly from the hive is not a trivial choice for Cire Trudon: on the contrary, it is a way to engage in a more sustainable practice in collaboration with local partners: the regional natural park of because in Normandy and the Orne Dark Bee Conservancy. The target? Protect the dark bee, a European native bee, inside the park, where the manufacture is located. For each candle sold, Cire Trudon will contribute to the financing and creation of the Dark Bee Conservancy orne.
