Perfumer Marie Hugentobler selects the exceptional daffodil that grows in the French mountains of Aubrac. Nearly 1,600 kilograms of these wild flowers, harvested by local growers, are needed to produce one kilogram of narcissus absolute, with intense and delicate floral facets.
In NARCISSE TAIJI, the perfumer highlights the opposing forces of this precious and multifaceted flower. To the bright and vegetal side of the freshly picked flower, the perfumer contrasts the dark and animalic side of the narcissus, enhanced by accents of leather and patchouli.
A perfect balance, surprising and sensual.
