The history of Mazzolari is made up of this attention: it is a history of curiosity, where the art of perfumery is dedicated precisely to the discovery of the beauty of each.
A journey spanning three generations, which began in the early 1950s when its founder - Augusto Mazzolari - played among the perfumes in the "room at the end of the corridor of the house": the laboratory where his father Ferdinando, owner of a coiffeur salon, kept various colognes and numerous bottles ready to receive the components of new creations.
In the Roaring Sixties, the young Augusto created his first perfumes and cosmetics line, opening his first boutique in the heart of Milan. These are the years of the economic boom in the "Italian financial capital", where a quarter of all Italian capital is concentrated. Other Milanese boutiques were gradually springing up and by the 1970s they were already numerous.
In the Eighties, Milan is the metropolis of supermodels and the capital of doing business: it is on the vital wave of this city that never sleeps, that the world Mazzolari expands with the founding of two new chains of shops.
The Mazzolari sign knows celebrities who stop there regularly, but its offer is transverse and its universal vocation, as the Nineties, in which it enters also as a place of events, hosting the launch of the products of the most sought after brands and ensuring an expert and timely beauty advice to anyone who visits its shops.
Until the present day, when Mazzolari receivedthe coveted certificate of "Bottega Storica di Milano" and the story continues. Space and colours; time and expertise; fragrances and personal care and - unchanged - the curiosity of all time: so Mazzolari opens to the challenge of the Great Network, to bring from Milan to the whole world the widest beauty offer and the most enthusiastic customer service.
